Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Life Policy Support (“Life Policy Support,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information about consumers who visit our website at life-policy-support.org (the “Site”), contact us, request a quote, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”). Life Policy Support is a free insurance comparison and referral service. We are not an insurance agency, insurer, or licensed producer; we connect consumers with independent, licensed insurance agents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any single insurer or any government agency.

This Policy is written to honor the privacy rights available to residents of every U.S. state. Where a specific state grants you rights beyond those described generally, the state-specific section below controls for residents of that state. By using the Site or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, by telephone, by text message, by email, and through our advertising and marketing activities. This Policy does not apply to: (a) information collected by third parties, including the insurers and licensed agents who may contact you or to whom we connect you, each of whom maintains its own privacy practices; (b) information collected on any website or service that does not link to this Policy; or (c) information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any insurer or agent you engage with.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

Over the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us. Not every category is collected from every consumer.

Identifiers

Real name, alias, postal address, ZIP code, telephone number, email address, IP address, online identifiers, and similar identifiers. Collected directly from you and automatically through the Site.

Customer records information

Name, signature, telephone number, address, and insurance-related information you provide when you request a quote or speak with an agent. Some of this information may overlap with categories protected under state or federal law.

Protected classification characteristics

Age or date of birth, and gender, where you provide them so that a licensed agent can quote accurate rates.

Commercial information

Records of products or services you have requested or expressed interest in, and consumer histories or tendencies related to insurance shopping.

Internet or other electronic network activity

Browsing history, search history, pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and information about your interaction with the Site and our advertisements, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Geolocation data

General location inferred from your IP address or the ZIP code you provide. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Audio and electronic information

Recordings of telephone calls with our representatives, where you have been notified and where permitted by law, for quality assurance and training.

Inferences

Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting your potential insurance needs and preferences.

Sensitive personal information

Depending on what you choose to share, we may collect a limited amount of information treated as “sensitive” under certain state laws, such as data that reveals your interest in insurance related to health or final expenses. We collect sensitive information only as needed to provide the Services and use it only for purposes permitted by law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not sell the sensitive personal information of Maryland residents.

3. Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you, when you complete a form, call us, text us, email us, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies when you use the Site.
  • From service providers, such as our hosting, analytics, call-handling, and marketing vendors.
  • From advertising platforms on which we advertise (such as Google and Microsoft), which provide us campaign measurement and performance data.
  • From insurers and licensed agents with whom we work, to maintain accuracy and provide the Services.
  • From publicly available sources and data providers, where permitted by law.

4. How we use personal information

We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and respond to your requests and inquiries.
  • To process and follow up on your request for a quote or for information about coverage, including by telephone, text message, and email.
  • To connect you with licensed agents and insurers who can compare options and help you apply.
  • To communicate with you, including service, transactional, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • To personalize and improve the Site, the Services, and our advertising.
  • To measure and analyze the performance of our marketing and the Site.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Life Policy Support, our users, and others.
  • To maintain records of consent and to comply with our legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

5. How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information to the categories of recipients below, in each case to provide the Services you request or as a normal part of operating our business. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing. As is common for referral and comparison services, we may receive a fee for connecting you with a licensed agent or insurer; that fee is for our referral and comparison services, is not contingent on whether you buy a policy, and does not involve selling your personal information.

  • Insurers and licensed agents: when you request a quote or submit an application, we disclose your information to the relevant insurers and licensed agents so that they can respond to your request and contact you by telephone, text message, and email, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.
  • Service providers and processors: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, call handling and recording, customer support, and email and text message delivery, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Advertising and analytics providers: vendors that act as our service providers to operate cookies and pixels on our own website so we can measure traffic and the performance of our own advertising. They are contractually limited to processing this information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Affiliates: our corporate affiliates, where applicable, for operational, non-marketing purposes only, consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients: courts, regulators, and law enforcement, when required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: a successor or acquirer in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own independent marketing without a lawful basis, and we do not disclose telephone numbers to third parties so that they may send you marketing text messages or place telemarketing calls on their own behalf, except to the licensed agents and insurers responding to your request as described above.

6. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected through our quote and contact forms are used only to contact you about insurance quotes, your inquiry, and account servicing. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties or lead generators for their marketing. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. For full details, see our SMS Terms.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies (“cookies”) to operate and secure the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and usage, and deliver and measure advertising.

  • Strictly necessary cookies enable core functionality and security and cannot be turned off in our systems.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies let us and our advertising vendors, including Google and Microsoft, show our own ads to you on other sites based on your prior visits, and measure how our ads perform. You can opt out at any time as described below.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, although some parts of the Site may not function properly as a result. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and the Digital Advertising Alliance (youradchoices.com). We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the use of advertising cookies on this website associated with that browser or device. Because such signals are browser and device specific, you will need to enable them on each browser and device you use. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, we respond to GPC rather than Do Not Track.

We may use Microsoft’s Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag and Google’s advertising and analytics tags on this website. Through these tags, Microsoft and Google may collect or receive information from users to provide their advertising and measurement services, and these third-party vendors, including Google and Microsoft, may use cookies or device identifiers to show our ads on other sites based on a user’s prior visits to this website. For conversion measurement, when you submit a lead we may share a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and phone number with Microsoft Advertising solely so it can match the conversion to an ad click. This is used only to measure ad performance, is not a sale of your personal information, and is consistent with the service-provider terms described above. For more information about how they handle data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement and Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can also control the use of device identifiers through your device settings.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know and access: to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access the categories and specific pieces we hold, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to correct: to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to delete: to request deletion of personal information we have collected.
  • Right to portability: to obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable, usable format.
  • Right to opt out of sale and sharing: to opt out of the sale of personal information and of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Right to limit and control sensitive personal information, including, in some states, the right to opt in before sensitive information is processed.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
  • Right to appeal a decision we make on your request.

How to exercise your rights

You, or an authorized agent acting on your behalf, may submit a request by emailing lifepolicysupport@gmail.com or by using our Your Privacy Choices page. To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, which may require you to confirm information we already have on file. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will respond within the time required by your state, generally within 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days where permitted and with notice to you. We do not charge a fee to process most requests, but we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on requests that are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, as permitted by law.

Appeals

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing us at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within the time your state requires and will explain the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.

9. Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Some state privacy laws define “sharing” broadly to include the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising on our own website. To the extent that applies, you may opt out at any time through our Your Privacy Choices page, or by enabling Global Privacy Control, which we honor automatically. This opt-out applies to website advertising cookies and does not affect the contact information you submit to request a quote, which we use only to fulfill your request. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

10. State-specific privacy disclosures

California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA)

California residents have the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We provide a “Your Privacy Choices” link and honor GPC. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2 above. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We use advertising and analytics cookies on our own website, which may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you may opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page and we honor Global Privacy Control. We disclose the contact information you submit to the licensed agents and insurers who respond to your request, solely to fulfill that request. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted under the CCPA, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. California residents may also have the right under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; to make such a request, email lifepolicysupport@gmail.com.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and others as their laws take effect) have the rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Most of these states require opt-in consent before we process sensitive data, and all provide a right to appeal a denied request, which you may exercise as described in Section 8. Maryland residents are subject to additional protections, including that we do not sell sensitive personal information of Maryland residents.

Nevada

Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information as defined under Nevada law. To submit a request, email lifepolicysupport@gmail.com.

Washington and consumer health data

If you are a Washington resident, or your consumer health data was collected in Washington, please review our separate Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, which addresses the categories of consumer health data we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act. Similar protections may apply to residents of Nevada and Connecticut.

11. Insurance information practices

In connection with insurance products, we and the licensed agents and insurers we connect you with may collect nonpublic personal financial and health information (“NPI”). The handling of NPI by those licensed agents and insurers is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable state insurance privacy regulations, and to the extent those laws apply to us as a referral service we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for NPI, restrict access to those who need it to provide the Services, and disclose NPI only as needed to provide the Services or as permitted or required by law. Where required, you may opt out of certain disclosures of NPI to nonaffiliated third parties by contacting us at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com.

12. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, to maintain records of consent, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Records of marketing and telemarketing consent are retained for the period required by applicable law. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete, destroy, or de-identify it. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

13. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials and communications with us confidential.

14. Children’s privacy

The Site and the Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com so that we can delete it.

15. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not operated by us, including those of insurers, agents, and our advertising service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing them with personal information.

16. Out-of-state processing

We are based in the United States and process personal information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.

18. Contact us

If you have questions about this Policy or wish to exercise your rights, contact Life Policy Support, at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com, by telephone at (201) 277-5925.

This page is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Coverage, rates, and availability vary by carrier and by state and are not guaranteed until an application is reviewed and approved by the issuing insurer.

Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: October 2026

We give you meaningful choices about how your personal information is used. This page explains how to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising, how to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and how to exercise your other privacy rights. These terms have specific meanings under state privacy laws, and the choices below are available to residents of every U.S. state to the extent their law provides them. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies on our website as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that at any time by:

  • Enabling a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (see below), or
  • Emailing us at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Choices,” and telling us the browser or device you want covered.

This opt-out applies to website advertising cookies and does not affect the contact information you submit to request a quote, which we use only to fulfill your request. We will process your request as required by applicable law.

2. Global Privacy Control and opt-out preference signals

We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device. Because these signals are browser and device specific, you will need to enable GPC on each browser and device you use. You can learn more and download a supported browser or extension at globalprivacycontrol.org.

3. Limit the use of sensitive personal information

In states that provide the right, you may direct us to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to those uses permitted by law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell the sensitive personal information of Maryland residents. To limit the use of sensitive personal information, email lifepolicysupport@gmail.com.

4. Interest-based advertising

You can also limit interest-based advertising through industry tools, including the Digital Advertising Alliance at youradchoices.com/controland the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Opting out does not stop all advertising; you may still see generic or contextual ads.

5. Your other privacy rights

Depending on your state, you also have rights to know and access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request. To exercise these rights, email lifepolicysupport@gmail.com or see the full description in our Privacy Policy. To stop marketing calls or text messages, see our DNC Policy.

6. Verification, authorized agents, and timing

To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to proof of authorization and verification. We will respond within the time required by your state, generally within 45 days, with one permitted extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.

7. Contact

Questions about your privacy choices can be sent to lifepolicysupport@gmail.com or to Life Policy Support, at (201) 277-5925.

Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how Life Policy Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares the category of personal data defined as “consumer health data” under the Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”). This Notice applies to you if you are a Washington resident or if your consumer health data was collected in Washington. Residents of Nevada and Connecticut may have similar rights regarding consumer health data under their respective state laws.

1. What consumer health data is

“Consumer health data” is defined broadly under the MHMDA to mean personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Because we ask only for the limited information needed to provide a quote and connect you with a licensed agent, the consumer health data we may collect is limited.

2. Categories of consumer health data we collect

The consumer health data we may collect can include:

  • Information indicating that you are seeking insurance related to health, final expenses, or end-of-life needs.
  • Limited self-reported information you choose to provide, such as your age, gender, or whether you use tobacco, when offered to obtain an accurate quote.
  • Inferences derived from the above or from your use of the Site that could indicate an interest in health-related insurance products.

3. Sources of consumer health data

We collect this data directly from you when you complete a form, call us, or otherwise communicate with us, and, in limited cases, automatically through the Site or from service providers acting on our behalf.

4. How we use consumer health data

  • To provide the Services, respond to your request, and connect you with a licensed agent or insurer.
  • To communicate with you about your inquiry and, where you have consented, about related products.
  • To secure our systems, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

5. How we share consumer health data, and with whom

We may share consumer health data with the following categories of recipients:

  • You, at your request.
  • Insurers and licensed agents who provide coverage options based on the information you give us.
  • Service providers and processors that help us operate our business, such as hosting, analytics, and call handling, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Legal and regulatory recipients, such as law enforcement or regulators, when required by law or to protect our legal interests.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. A current list of the specific affiliates and categories of third parties with which we share consumer health data is available on request by emailing lifepolicysupport@gmail.com.

6. Consent

We collect and use your consumer health data only after you provide it to us in connection with your request, and only for the purposes described in this Notice. We obtain your separate consent before collecting consumer health data for purposes beyond those necessary to provide the Services, and we obtain separate consent before sharing consumer health data where required. We will not sell consumer health data without first obtaining valid written authorization that meets the requirements of the MHMDA.

7. Your rights

The MHMDA provides Washington consumers the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and access that data.
  • Obtain a list of the third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or to whom we have sold your consumer health data.
  • Withdraw consent to the collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
  • Have your consumer health data deleted, subject to certain exceptions.

8. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at lifepolicysupport@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

9. Geofencing

We do not use geofencing to establish a virtual boundary around any in-person health care facility or to identify, track, collect data from, or send notifications to consumers based on their proximity to such a facility.

10. Appeals and complaints

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing us with the subject line “MHMDA Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

11. Contact

Questions about this Notice can be sent to lifepolicysupport@gmail.com or to Life Policy Support, at (201) 277-5925.

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Life Policy Support (“Life Policy Support,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of the website at life-policy-support.org (the “Site”) and our related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through it, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and the Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.

3. What the Services are, and are not

Life Policy Support is a free insurance comparison and referral service operated as an independent brand. We are not an insurance agency, insurer, or licensed producer. Through the Site we provide a free service that connects you with independent, licensed insurance agents and insurers who can compare options and help you apply for coverage. We do not issue policies, we do not make underwriting or coverage decisions, we do not charge consumers a fee to use the Site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any single insurer or any government agency (including Medicare, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any state program). We do not guarantee that you will qualify for coverage, receive any particular rate or product, or be contacted by an agent. Any quotes or figures shown are illustrative and not an offer of insurance. Coverage, rates, products, and availability vary by carrier, by state, and by underwriting, and are not binding until an application is reviewed and approved by the issuing insurer.

4. No professional advice

The content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. You should not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who is familiar with your specific situation. Decisions about insurance coverage are completed through licensed insurance professionals.

5. Consent to be contacted (calls, texts, and email)

If you request a quote, submit the contact form, or otherwise provide your contact information and consent, you authorize Life Policy Support and the independent licensed agent we connect you with to contact you at the telephone number, email address, and mailing address you provide, including by automated telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages, to respond to your request and discuss insurance options, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call list. The independent licensed agents and insurers we connect you with will contact you by telephone and email about your request; they do not send you text messages under this consent.

Separately, by providing your mobile number you authorize Life Policy Support only to send you text messages, including by automated means, for purposes including responding to your request and marketing. This text-message consent runs to Life Policy Support and is not shared with third-party agents or insurers. You understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time as described in our DNC Policy and SMS Terms. You also consent to the monitoring and recording of telephone calls with our representatives for quality assurance and training, where permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of these Terms.
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Submit another person’s information without their authorization.
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, copy, or harvest information from the Site.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site, except as permitted by law.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Life Policy Support or any third party.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Trademarks and third-party names

“Life Policy Support” and our logos are marks of Life Policy Support. Third-party names, trademarks, and service marks that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the carriers and products the independent licensed agents we connect you with can compare. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those third parties.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control, including those of insurers, agents, and our advertising service providers. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIFE POLICY SUPPORT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Life Policy Support and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except where prohibited by law, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, the Services, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and a period of at least 30 days. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us at the address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision above, you agree that any action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Time limitation on claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, the Services, or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

16. Electronic communications and consent to e-records

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email or by notices posted on the Site, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

18. General provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment is void; we may assign these Terms freely. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

Do Not Call Policy

Last updated: October 2026

No employee or agent of Life Policy Support may engage in telemarketing practices that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, or any applicable state law. We train the people who place calls on these requirements before they contact consumers and periodically thereafter.

How to opt out

If you do not want to receive marketing calls or text messages from us, you may ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list by any of the following:

  • Call us at (201) 277-5925.
  • Ask to be placed on our Do Not Call list during any call or text from us.
  • Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of text messages.

We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means, and a single opt-out applies to both calls and text messages to that number. We will process your request as soon as practicable, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it. We maintain an internal Do Not Call and suppression list and scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry at least every 31 days. If you change or add a telephone number, you must give us the new number so we can prevent calls to it.

National Do Not Call Registry

The Federal Trade Commission operates a free National Do Not Call Registry. You can add your number by calling (888) 382-1222 or visiting donotcall.gov. It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in calls.

Plan Details

Final expense whole life coverage for ages 45 to 85. See what these plans include, then talk to a licensed agent to compare carriers and find the one that fits your budget.

What final expense whole life includes

Final expense (sometimes called burial or funeral) insurance is a small whole life policy built to cover end-of-life costs and leave a little behind for the people you love. Because the licensed agents we connect you with are independent, they compare these plans across more than one insurance company, including a range of A-rated carriers, so you can see your real options side by side. Most plans share the same core features:

  • Guaranteed and simplified acceptance options, ages 45 to 85
  • No medical exam, and many plans ask no health questions
  • Up to $25,000 in coverage
  • Premiums that are level and do not increase with age
  • A benefit that goes to your family, generally income-tax-free

How the benefit works

Guaranteed acceptance whole life plans typically include a two-year graded death benefit. If death occurs from natural causes during the first two policy years, your beneficiaries receive the premiums paid plus interest rather than the full face amount. After that period, the policy pays its full benefit. Terms vary by carrier and state, and many applicants also qualify for simplified-issue plans that pay the full benefit from day one. A licensed agent can walk you through exactly what each option would pay.

Coverage, amounts, pricing, and availability vary by carrier and by state. Specific coverage terms, underwriting requirements, and carrier details are confirmed by the licensed agent and the issuing insurer before you apply.

Am I Eligible?

Most people between 45 and 85 qualify, with no medical exam and no health questions. Check below, then call to compare carriers and coverage with level premiums.

You likely qualify if…

  • You are between the ages of 45 and 85
  • You want up to $25,000 in coverage
  • You want coverage that will not be denied for health reasons
  • Your spouse (if covering them) is also 45 to 85

With a guaranteed acceptance plan, you cannot be turned down for any health reason within those ages. There is no medical exam and there are no health questions. If you are in good health, a licensed agent can also compare simplified-issue plans that may cost less, so you only pay for what fits you.

Important: Guaranteed acceptance whole life for ages 45 to 85 includes a two-year graded death benefit. If death occurs from natural causes during the first two policy years, the policy returns the premiums paid plus interest rather than the full face amount; death from a covered accident is typically paid in full. Issue ages, availability, and terms vary by carrier and state. This is a solicitation of insurance, and a licensed agent may contact you.
